Thank you for submitting the VSP 2026 Arrival Preparation Form

VSP will review the flight information submitted by you and other VSP participants and announce the airport pickup and drop-off schedule closer to the program start date. Submitting your flight information through this form does not guarantee that pickup and/or drop-off will be available for your specific flights.

All students will be assigned to single-gender units. The VSP Central Office will notify you of your housing assignment about a week before the start of the program.

If you plan to arrive before or depart after the official program dates, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodations for the additional nights. Limited housing is available on campus. You can find the details about booking early arrival or late departure accommodations in our email communications to you.

However, please note that we will not be able to accept changes or new requests after the deadlines below:
